The Zine phenomena has been around since Guttenberg figured out the printing press, citizens of the world have been creating revolutionary publications to express their individuality of thought.
So what is a Zine? A non-mainstream collection of writings, art, expressionism and individualistic voice. Think of it as punk rock on paper. Mark Murphy has always been into Zines and worked hard as a child to communicate the obscure in construction paper assemblages of glitter, paint, marker, pencil and misspelled words.
Many years later, this kid is still a Zine fan and proudly offers you 3 cool designed Zines for one low price -- $18. Zine one features a signed collection of oil paintings, photos and sketches by Southern California artist Bob Dob (48 Pages). Zine two and three features the art work of Mark Murphy (me) in Scribble and OIL (80 Total Pages).
All 3 Zines are artist signed, numbered and packaged in a protective bag packed with tons of limited edition cards including the limited edition Ray Caesar book announcement card. Each Zine is 5 ¼” x 7 ¼” and signed and numbered on a signature page located in the back of the book. All zines limited to a quantity of 1200.
